Light headed when I stand up the last 2 days?
Everytime I have stood up the last 2 days I've gotten that stood up too quickly feeling. Anything specific that causes this?

- drink more water, eat smaller healthy meals throughout the day, and follow up with your doctor if it persists.
- maybe you have low blood sugar, take some vitamin c
- Lots of things can cause that, your equilibrium being off, ear infections, sinus infections, dehydration, and even your back or body being out of place (needing to see a chiropractor...). Being a woman, you could also be starting your period, you could be pregnant, and you could be ovulating. ;) lots of things. do you have any other 'symptoms'?

- You need iron. A pill, red meat, or the best option: spinach.
