How much is a photo shoot for acting and modeling head shot with minor or major retouching cost?

I live in NYC and I would like to know the basics on the ranges of prices a photo shoot for a head shot cost. and also for a retouching job. I don't want to get scammed or haggled because a photographer knows Im young and inexperienced. :] thanks.
